Adelbury is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can contact us at hello@adelbury.com.
Adelbury does not yet have a formal business correspondence address. We will add one here once it is established.
Information we collect
We collect information only when you choose to provide it or when it is needed to protect the site.
- Contact-form enquiries: your name, email address and message.
- Report requests: your email address, so we can send the report link.
- Optional personal follow-up consent: your email address, consent choice, date and report source, only when you choose to opt in.
- Security information used by Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated or abusive form submissions.
How we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to you and report-request information to send the requested report. Our basis for doing this is our legitimate interest in responding to relevant enquiries and providing the material you asked for.
We do not add report recipients to a newsletter or automated marketing list. If you separately opt in on the report form, we may contact you personally about relevant Adelbury research or services. We rely on your consent for that use, and you can withdraw it at any time by emailing us.
Service providers
We use Resend to deliver enquiry and report emails, Cloudflare D1 to securely store optional personal follow-up consent records, and Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms from automated submissions. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager to load the analytics tools we configure for the site. We also use hosting and security providers to operate this website. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards those providers make available for their service.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and report-request correspondence, and any optional personal follow-up consent record, for up to 12 months after our last interaction, unless we need to retain it for longer to meet a legal obligation or resolve a matter.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your personal information, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, email hello@adelbury.com.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

We may update this page when the way we use personal information changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
